Issue with Upload to MSP430 FR4133 and FR6989 on Mac OS X #792

70% of uploads to MSP430 FR4133 and FR6989 fail on Mac OS X 10.11.1.

The only solution for most of the cases consists on unplugging, waiting for a while and then plugging the board again.

I'm using the standard Energia IDE.

Seems to have been fixed with Energia 17.
