what happened to half the commits on this core? #16

This commit Serial parity feature has been part of the msp430 core since November of last year.

For some reason the Serial parity was removed ? Why is it the patches I care about seem to get hosed?

This was obviously a mistake and I did not catch it. Thanks for brining it up. I'll get that change reverted.
