Wrong .ccxml file name for MSP-EXP430FR6989 #23

The file MSP-EXP430FR6989.ccxml should be MSP-EXP430FR6989LP.ccxml in the DSLite package.

Fixed in msp430-core update 1.0.2. Also see the ccxml repo https://github.com/energia/ccxml
