macOS: Update to DSLite 8.2.0 #85

Now available DSLite 8.2.0.1400 solves the issue #74.

Provide DSLite 8.2.0.1400
Update the release of DSLite accordingly in platform.txt from

https://github.com/energia/msp430-lg-core/blob/9a44ba8131578a92b827eea80147ade472de62ed/platform.txt#L97

to

tools.dslite.path={runtime.tools.dslite-8.2.0.1400.path}
