Power M5CoreInk off after 15 minutes awaiting provisioning #70

The e-ink display is cleared. No text is displayed. If we want to do this, we should create another trello card to implement this feature, since this is currently not possible.

tested; works (with the caveat that there's nothing on screen after power-off to tell the user he/she has to hold a button; I will create a separate Trello card to tackle this); merged.
