Annoying page sidebar bug: it's impossible to make it hidden #83

When i click on "gears" in the main toolbar - sidebar seems become hidden. But after page reload it is triggered as "open" again. So, it is no way to make it hidden permanently (cookie bug?). A bit annoying.
