GEP App: Migrate the GEP App in parallel with its launch

The GEP App will be launched on 24th Sep and Dev Seed are working on final development and country additions.

In parallel, Derilinx will migrate the GEP App and run. When the GEP App is stable, we can migrate to Derilinx infrastructure.

• [ ] WB to send DX and DS over social media package.
• [ ] Prefill the cache for initial hits so that errors don’t load
• [ ] Check that WB team have Google Analytics.
