Big GeoJSON files cannot be visualized #307

Can this be solved? If not, remove ‘preview’ for these files so that it doesn’t say ‘cannot be displayed’

Bigger files are now permitted in the datastore which has helped this issue but there are still some that are too large to preview. We can improve the preview of this a lot but it will require new feature development to do that. In the meantime I can remove any preview that's too big or use another format, if available.

I have increased the size of proxiable resources to 10gb through nginx and increased the maximum resource size to 10gb in CKAN.
