Update email notifications on selected ‘topics’ for users #313

If users were to sign-up for email updates on selected topics such as solar and wind when datasets under these two topics are updated, can we auto generate emails with monthly updated dataset links for selected topics?

This feature is now implemented on staging. https://energydata.staging.derilinx.com/notify

How it works: Select topics to receive monthly updates to datasets with those topics. Return at any time to update your settings. Unfollow button will unsubscribe you from all topics.
