Whilst it displays in the status bar of most browsers, add a better Progress Bar to resource uploads to improve the UX for the site's administrators.

Implementable with a python library and some styling. Fix along with (#305)

Progress bar enabled on staging for resource uploads. Small bug remains but looks great.
