SysAdmin Updates #394

Please add Yi Wu (username: yiwu) as a sysadmin.

Please remove Hong Yang (username: hongyang) as a sysadmin. Please remove Shandao Zhou (username: shandaoz) as a sysadmin

That's done now. User yiwu added as Sysadmin and Hong removed.
