Add support for 1.20.3 and 1.20.4 #23

I've added NMS support for 1.20.3 and 1.20.4 (1_20_R3). I based the updated off the commit for 1.20.2, but I may have missed some files that need changes. I have tested it on a 1.20.4 server and opening the beacon effects page works. The plugin's version was not changed, feel free to add the required stuff to my PR.
