Prepare Supply Inputs to Dispatch #21

As a user of the dispatch feature of EnergyPATHWAYS I would like to see an integration of the results of the supply-side integrated with the dispatch. Specifically, this means preparing dispatch inputs for:

  1. Non-dispatchable load
  2. Non-dispatchable supply
  3. Dispatchable load
  4. Dispatchable supply
  5. Electricity Storage
  6. Thermal dispatch stacks
