Use https://github.com/energychain/BusinessObject-Discovergy-Module as Baseline to allow commands like: store --auto 69256 EASYMETER_12345678

Will have implicit requirement to Discovergy Gateway

PoC:

Login to Discovergy API and store token
Get Meter reading and commit using specified zipcode (69256) for balancing
Wait 1 hour
Get updated reading
Run balancing for user

$ stromdao-mp discovergy -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD EASYMETER_12345678
$ stromdao-mp store --auto 69256 EASYMETER_12345678
$ sleep 3600
$ stromdao-mp store --auto 69256 EASYMETER_12345678
$ stromdao-mp balancing -x EASYMETER_12345678
