What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to do a GET from https://api.github.com/orgs/boost-lib/repos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: some json.  Instead? "Certificate verify failed"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.7.7 on MacOS

Please provide any additional information below.

Consider stealing the bundle used by curl.  That works for me.
