Input for arcseconds #101

When editing the coordinates for a geocache, arcseconds are not a possible
input, ie: 34° 02' 31" N, 118° 12' 04" W

More input formats would be good but is not prioritized.

We can also add support for W/E N/S instead of positive/negative values.
