Enable/Disable GPS #56

It would be nice if GeoBeagle had an option to enable the GPS on start and
disable it on exit.

This is a reasonable feature but not an important one.

On second thought, why would you want this feature?
The GPS is only active while an application makes use of it. It doesn't use any 
power 
when a non-GPS application is active or when the screen is blacked out.
Unless someone protests, I will close the issue.

There is no way to turn off the system GPS, and GeoBeagle has always 
unregistered the gps when it pauses.
