Ability to assign another browser #77

Since Geocaching.com works in Opera when trying to download GPS/LOC files
it may be helpful to have the ability to open geocaching.com (and the
others) in Opera rather than Android's default browser since who knows how
long it will be until the browser team fixes that bug. I haven't tested
browsers outside of Opera on that issue yet.

The  browser association should be done at a system level.
