Additionally to the regular cache list, it would be nice to have the
ability to create a bookmark-list, handling could be similar to the cache
list. To create, add a menu item on long-select from the cache list that
adds a "bookmark cache" menu item (or "remove bookmark" when used on the
bookmark list)

I agree. This would help to jump between far-apart locations where you have 
loaded
caches.

This feature is ready for beta testing with the upcoming beta 1.5 (not yet 
released)
