summary should include message #17

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a wiki message.

What is the expected output? What happened instead?
The summary currently consists of the static message "a live message. .."
I think it could include the actual message, and a shorter identifier, e.g.
"[live] Coordinates reached!"

Same goes for images and their comments.
"[live picture] the crew at the hash"

There should also be a distinct message for creating an expedition page.

What version of Geohash Droid are you using? On what phone?

Please provide any additional information below.
I would fix things myself, but I'm nowhere near a computer. ;)

I can see that working, yeah. Should be a pretty easy fix, too. If you don't
get it
by the time I get home, I can get it in if you want.

Okay, I've got something in with r376. It should replace the summary message
for wiki
edits with the content of the message itself (with [live] or [live picture]
before
it). It's a bit of a quick hack right now; I'd rather change some parts of
WikiUtils
to deal with it more cleanly. And I'm not sure if I want the [live] or [live
picture]
tags to be translatable.

So, check it out, and let me know if that should work!

Well, I gave it a test with my most recent expedition, and everything seems to
be
working right in SVN. I'll close this off for now unless you can think of some
way it
should be improved. Enjoy!
