Auto pause #341

Auto pause doesn't work properly. When I stop moving the tracker seems to 
pause, but when I start moving the elapsed time jumps ahead and my average 
speed drops when it should stay the same.

What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running? 1.3.2-osmupdate
