An OCN node instance outside of a development context should have a persistent database. Our documentation should make it easy to understand and setup the DB requirements of an OCN node.
What are the requirements (or acceptance criteria) for the feature?
Documentation includes brief overview of data that is persisted
Documentation describes that other databases are possible, given the Spring datasource abstraction, but that Postgres is the recommended and tested database
Documentation includes or links to instructions on how to setup a standard Postgres database on Ubuntu
