Current behaviour: regular_hours, exceptional_openingsand exceptional_closings are objects in the models and, therefore, the OpenAPI spec
Expected behaviour: the above properties should be arrays of their respective objects, as outlined here: https://github.com/ocpi/ocpi/blob/master/mod_locations.asciidoc#mod_locations_hours_class
