Update OCN client to 2.2 full release #4

The OCN Node is currently based on the OCPI 2.2 release canditate 2: https://ocpi-protocol.org/release-ocpi-version-2-2-rc-2/. It needs to be updated to the final release of OCPI 2.2: https://ocpi-protocol.org/release-final-version-ocpi-2-2/

Version 2.2 full release was merged in this commit: 73bc044decb2dcbdf7f69239a16c9e11c540a2c2
