Reorganize pocketwit menus #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
This is not a bug but a feature request : would you reorganize the left 
and right menus to :
-have only one menu
-put exit and minimize on the same menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i never know if i should slide left or right to choose the menu item i 
want:)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest (67)

There's a definite organization to the side menus -- see
http://code.google.com/p/pocketwit/wiki/UINotes

The only real inconsistency is that minimize is on the right side, and that was 
done
just because the left side was too full.
