Add multi-state buttons (more than 2 states)

Verified that the Streamdeck SDK can support more than 2 states, only the built-in GUI is limited to two states for setting icons. Add a multiple-states button that could handle 3-way switches, rotaries with unique images for each position, etc.

• [ ] Expand ImageStateMonitor to handle an arbitrary number of states instead of 2
• [ ] Create new popout window in button property inspector that allows uploading multiple icon images and conditions
• [ ] Add functions to send images to Streamdeck states
• [ ] Add a multi-state switch
• [ ] Add a multi-state increment

I would love to see this supported. If not dynamic three states would be great as we often see switches with three states in the aircrafts. I reckon It's rare to see more than three states I reckon unless it's something like a dial or similar.
