Some audio messages from contacts can't be reproduced

Description Some audio messages do not play (nothing happens).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a contact.
2. Go to one audio message from that contact.
3. Press the play button.

Expected behavior The audio message plays.

Special notes I haven't figure out in which conditions this happens, since many other audio messages play without issues.

• One audio message that didn't play was one that I tried to play from the app directly.
• Another audio message that didn't play was one that I already played either from my phone or the web app.

Is there a log I can see?

Executing journalctl -n 50 I got a lot of lines stating

These lines do not appear to be generated by pressing play on an audio message that does not play. I tried not pressing play, checking journalctl -n 50 and I is updated with new logs with the same information.

Environment

• Distro Ubuntu 22.10 (Kernel 5.19.0-23-generic)
• Package Snap (whatsapp-for-linux, 1.5.0 , 48, latest/stable, nshecan)
• Desktop Environment GNOME 43.0

Good day. This happens in MAcOS also with other client. I supose it is a Whatsapp bug. and not necessarily from this client.
