[Pinephone/Gnome/Phosh] App is asking to update safari 11+

Description When the app tries to load https://web.whatsapp.com/ it asks to update safari 11+

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the app
2. You will immediately get this error

Expected behavior Being able to load web.whatsapp.com and use the app

Actually, it is indicating "..update available.." quite often, if push it nothing updated of course, but it ask activation via qr.
