Call echo (caller hears their voice) - fix hasn't worked #21

Long time lurker, love this build - keep up the good work!

The voice echo fix in the newest build hasn't worked on my SM-G920F, if anything the problem is worse.

The caller still hears a clear echo of their voice and when I try to turn down the volume to minimum during a call, either nothing happens or the call audio stops and the device hangs for a few seconds before the phone app stops responding.

@karthibaskar22 Don't know, I personally got tired of the whole S6 slugishness and solved all the issues by buying an iphone. :D

Great rom, can be used as daily driver but it messes the other persons ear... Hope they fix it soon. :"(

SM-G925F here, Same problem and noticing it is on all roms. 9, 10 (17.1), 11 (18.1), crDroid. Think this is going to be a nofix. Especially as these issues been here for 1,5 years and probably even longer :(

@VirtualMirai you can fix all the issues by simply reverting to the stock ROM. You will get ancient android but as far as I recall it's quite fast after clean reinstall. And it's stable and perfectly usable (don't know about new apps tho). Or buy an iPhone as I did lol... my priorities shifted over the years and I value personal data & privacy (and speed) much more these days then hacking an ancient phone :D I had my fun but those times with cyanogenmod and the like are gone :) IMO.
