Table Loader was completely misaligned #109

The solution was to drop Layout at the top-level morph and use fixed positions for the submorphs. @merryman please review. $world.execCommand("open browser", {moduleName: "studio/helpers.cp.js", packageName: "galyleo-dashboard", });

For future changes like this, it would good to work with branches and pull requests. That way we can make use of GitHub's review system which is really nice. You can see how we already do that in the lively.next repo.
