select all button on ViewBuilder isn't functional #122

This is now fixed, I think. Added a selectAllWidgets method to ViewBuilderModel and both appear to work. Assigning to @merryman for review. $world.execCommand("open browser", {moduleName: "studio/view-creator.cp.js", packageName: "galyleo-dashboard", codeEntity: "ViewBuilderModel"});
