Factored dashboard #150

The Factored Dashboard branch is now passing all tests, and needs to be merged into main. The common code between Dashboard and PublishedDashboard has now been moved into DashboardCommon in studio/dashboard-common.cp.js, and Dashboard and PublishedDashboard now extend DashboardCommon
