[Tokbox] Connect/Disconnect button on /cocreate action #18

Given I'm in the cocreation room as an user I want to be able to disconnect or connect into the room.

Man, I'm closing this issue until (and if) we decide to keep focusing on the cocriation room ;) for now, I think we can solemnly ignore it, since nobody is using it.
