About Page: Remove timelineJS from site #33

right now the JS timeline feels a little clunky/in-elegant. It also creates potential problems since any change to their support/code can create major issues in how this is displayed/functions.

We suggest to remove this content completely for the time being, and in the future create a more custom driven approach. Just need confirmation on this.
