Header: Could you make it so the text doesn't move on hover? #71

The "boston civic media" in the header moves slightly to the right when you hover the mouse which doesn't seem necessary. Can you just make it be still?

has to do with hover state and active state being two different font sizes. This is addressed in #61 but will add more clarity to make sure this is conveyed.
