Right now, on a mobile view, the filter buttons are big and stacked vertically. This creates confusion and is not an elegant way for people to browser through talks since the action is not seen on the page when the filter happens. I'm thinking this should just turn into a drop down filter like courses, but this needs a mock before dev integration.
