CaseStudyPage: Make it so that the modality icons when clicked take you to the activity it represents #96

Basically just want the icons to be links to the activity.

Since the modals are opened from the MVP grid, relying on information in the MVP grid, it would be difficult to direct that same information to the case studies. We could create a new route for a single activity, the way that we do for each case study, and recreate the modal using that route and opening the modal on a new page. However, not sure at this time what the best solution would be for opening up the modals from the case studies page without a new route. Moving on for now.
