Reproduced on both the lab Samsung Tablet and my Samsung phone. If the screen automatically powers off during round-scoring, but is turned back on/refreshed during the timer between rounds, the device will display the "reconnecting to session" message and then the "waiting for next round to start message." However, when the next round actually starts, the device immediately displays the "submission received" message even though nothing has been submitted.
