Global: Survey not loading on some player screens after game ends, might be due to window focus #187

I have three browser windows open as players playing HTYI. out of three play throughs not once did all windows load survey option buttons. one play through had two windows trigger, but I was clicking on each of them multiple times while leaving the window where it didn't load untouched.

this is on chrome on mac osx sierra.
