White Space on Right-Hand Side of "Research" Sub-Pages

Three of the sub-pages under "Research" have a white block of space on the right-hand side of the page that appears when the window is stretched out, disappears when the window is shrunk.

This seems to occur only on non-standard device widths and the fix is quite complex.
