Sort order Not displaying "People" in designated order #152

The "people" page does not reflect the sort order; people are not listed alphabetically: https://qa.elab.emerson.edu/people

The graduate students page also has this issue: https://qa.elab.emerson.edu/graduate/students

This issue had previously been resolved, but has returned.
