BUG- The opportunity "Build a personal training program to help you succeed" is supposed to reward me with 2 actions immediately but didn't. #214

Ok, happened again with a different kind of reward. Here's what I did: Move in Start basic English @ Portland Adult Ed Sign up for arts/craft at library Discover Locations for HH @ Faith based org Find caseworker @ MAIN Discover locations for childcare @ MAIN Learn about places for legal help @ Preble St Volunteer @ YMCA

** Didn’t receive a community reward for volunteering

Follow up to this: I then did "discover locations to get a job" at Catholic Charities, and did get a +1 C reward, with a blank banner. There's nothing I've done thus far that has a blank flavor text for +1 C in Keystone so I think it delayed me getting the volunteer reward, even though it's immediate.

Recreated this through a different course of actions: no reward from the personal training opp. Followed up with a discover locations opp (English, this time) and received a blank flavor-text delayed reward that gave me the +2 actions. It seems like the game is treating the Personal Training opp as a delayed reward somehow?

Same thing just happened with "get a helping hand from friends"
