Upload dialog can come up with 'deselect all' but no datasets selected #38

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make a data set.
  2. Open the upload dialog and deselect it.
  3. Close the upload dialog.
  4. Reopen the upload dialog and notice that it says 'deselect all' instead of 'select all' when no data sets are selected.
