Menus now say "Credentials" instead of "Credential Manager" #48

Good to pull. Also, since there was debate over having the menu say "Credentials" versus "Login," I went with neither of the options and put "Account" in iOS :)

@bdonald25 Wouldn't be a bad idea also change Android to be "Account," unless you propose a new name.

I prefer Login. Both apps must agree.

I prefer "Account" because "Login" implies that the user is currently logged out.
