Writer needs to be tested and any bugs resolved before considering for release.

[x] Add count to how many rows of data are currently saved before hitting "Save Data Set"
[x] Change timestamps in Writer to not display millisecond precision to user. Also, put time before date, since (1) this is the value the user is more likely interested in and (2) if any part is to be cut off by text fields, it should be the date instead of the time
