High Vis Default vis #506

@mmcguinn @fgmart @jdalphon I think high vis should default to timeline is timestamp is a field. Right now it goes to scatter (where timestamp is not selectable).

Update: this is because this experiment was setup with the default vis to be scatter. The vis fix appears to work however.
