Apparently everyone hates the tooltip window #542

It should have an option to go away that's on by default.

I removed the sticky tracking which I think was the primary source of hatred, let me know what you think @AlanRosenthal @fgmart @ivanrudnicki

I'm not sure what I'm looking for here. What's the difference between sticky and unsticky?

If you put your mouse over empty space, the tooltip goes away instead of hanging around forever, blocking your view.

Seems like an improvement. Definitely less loathsome.
