Add option to collapse all sessions into one #601

There should be a way to do this (useful to sum on a bar chart for example).

A hidden text field that every datapoint has the same value for should do.

Appears to work on Firefox side (tested with http://isensedev.cs.uml.edu/highvis.php?sessions=2320+2319+2318). Should there be a label, for example, when the user hovers over the combined-session bar in the Bar Graph vis that tells the user which session contributed to the max value? Just a suggestion.
