Filling out the application for GSoC2007 reports error. #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I went to http://code.google.com/soc/org_signup.do
2. I fill out the whole form and press Submit button
3. I got errors that backup and mentor e-mail addresses/google accounts are
wrong. After double-checking and re-submitting, I then decided to remove
those addresses and submit the form without them(they were optional
anyway). This seams to have worked. Form elements were rendered inactive.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox on Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
When I now visit http://code.google.com/soc/org_signup.do I get "There was
an error in your form, please try again".

We can check the database to see if your application was submitted, and you can 
add
mentors/backup org admins later.  If you visit
http://code.google.com/soc/org_signup.html when signed into your Google 
Account, are
you able to submit a new application?

If you do want to submit a new, updated application, let us know by emailing
gsoc@google.com.

When I go now to:

http://code.google.com/soc/org_signup.html

i see:

"You have 4 Organization Application(s) left." and the form is being displayed. 

Yesterday when I accessed the form for the first time I saw:
"You have 5 Organization Application(s) left.", later on after filling it out, I
could only see "There was an error in your form, please try again". So I guess 
it's
OK now + my application(4 left) is submitted. I wrote e-mail yesterday to gsoc, 
got
just auto response back.

I would really appreciate if you could check your database and let me know the 
status.

Marking this bug as won't fix since orgs are now accepted.
