Cannot get to the Application List #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the Mentor / Org Amin home and click 'Application List'
2. 502 error is reported

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see the application list. I'm the org admin and I'd like to
look at other applications other that the one I'm mentoring.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
N/A - web interface

Please provide any additional information below.

I can access the application for my own student but I also get a 502 if I
click on a link to any other project application link through the 'Mentors'
page.
